*Rates are base rates. All service calls have a 3 hour minimum including one way travel. Time is billed in quarter hour increments after third hour. Rates may change at any time.
**Service contracts are based off a minimum of 8 hours retained per week for same day service. If you do not have a service contract, service may not be same day.
