BT Tech will come to your location, diagnose the problem and fix it. We do not charge a service call fee. Our time rates are very competitive, one hour minimum charge and after the first hour time is billed in quarter hours.

When requesting service, if we feel it is something that you can easily fix, we will call you and attempt to talk you through the process. This not only saves you money, but enables you for future repairs. One major goal of BT Tech is to help educate users so they can become more independent.

In order to give you the best and most cost effective service, we ask that you give as much detail as possible about your situation. Problems and solutions will become part of our online support system that will help you diagnose and fix problems in the future.
